The Ryanair Transnational Pilot Group (RTPG) backed by European Cockpit Association (ECA) has shared a letter describing their grievances and urging the airline to share its economic success with the workforce. “This year again is going to be a record year for Ryanair in this climate of new markets for airlines, where demand far exceeds available capacity.
