On June 21, 2017, Walter McLallen resigned from his position as a non-executive member of the Board of Directors of AerCap, effective immediately, for personal reasons. The company stated that his resignation “is not related to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.” McLallen has been a Director of AerCap since May 11, 2016. He is also currently the principal of Meritage Capital Advisors, advising corporations in structuring debt and private equity transactions and providing strategic consulting, since 2004.
