London City Airport (LCY) has announced that CEO, Richard Gooding OBE, is to step down from his executive position after 15 years as its Chief Executive and join the Board as a non-executive director. London City’s new Chief Executive will be Declan Collier, currently CEO of the Dublin Airport Authority (DAA).
