JetBlue adds to its board of directors

JetBlue has announced the appointment of Teri P. McClure to its board of directors, effective immediately.

McClure most recently served as chief human resources officer and senior vice president of labour at United Parcel Service, where she worked since 1995.

“We’re so pleased to welcome Teri to the board with her wealth of experience building high performing teams at one of the nation’s largest employers,” said Joel Peterson, chairman of the JetBlue board. “She also brings valuable legal and aviation perspective from across the globe that will support the success of the airline.”

Robin Hayes, JetBlue chief executive officer, added: “Teri’s work leading people and talent for one of the most recognisable companies in the world is an invaluable asset at JetBlue, where our people and culture are key to our success.

“We welcome her insights and look forward to the valuable role she will play as JetBlue looks ahead to its 20th anniversary of flying.”
