Hong Kong Airlines (HKA) have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Hong Kong International Aviation Academy (HKIAA) to train and develop pilot to meet the huge pilot demand in near-future. The collaboration will bring together the airline’s flight training capabilities and the academy’s experience in personal development and the advanced simulation training facilities. The airline claims that this combination will contribute to building a much-needed talent pipeline for the future of the aviation industry with a broader aim to position Hong Kong as a regional hub for civil aviation training in the region and beyond.
