Malaysia Airlines has appointed Helen Argent as its new Marketing Head for UK and European markets. Argent comes with industry-wide experience having worked with global airlines like Etihad, Japan Airlines, and Qatar Airways. Her fields of expertise include consumer, trade, loyalty, and alliance marketing, joint partner campaigns, product launches, and reward programs. Argent will replace Richard De Villa who stepped down to accept a position at Club Med.
