The Supervisory Board of TNT Express has appointed Tex Gunning as CEO, pending shareholder approval, with effect 1 June 2013. Bernard Bot will remain in his Executive Board position of CFO. Jeroen Seyger, currently interim CFO, will continue in a senior finance function in the company. Tex Gunning is a member of AkzoNobel’s Board of Management and Executive Committee until 26 April 2013.
