Richard Anderson, chief executive of Delta Air Lines, is the new chair the board of the Air Transport Association. He replaces Glenn Tilton, the former CEO of United Airlines, now United Continental Holdings. Southwest Airlines chief Gary Kelly has been elected to serve as ATA vice chairman. Both Kelly and Anderson will serve two-year terms.
