Basel Aero appoints Leonid Sergeev as CEO

After four years at the company, Leonid Sergeev has been appointed as CEO of the Basel Aero, the largest airport operator in the South of Russia. Sergeev started out as the Head of the Strategic Projects Department of United Company RUSAL between 2008-2010 and then was promoted to Director of Strategic Projects at EN+ group, which headed Basel Aero Supplies and handling. Following that, he worked at Uralvneshtorgbank where he joined as Vice President of Strategy and Business Development, whilst getting a Master in Business Administration and a PHD in economic sciences before joining Basic Element.
