VDG signs 747 MRO deal with Eagle Express

Volga-Dnepr Gulf (VDG), a division of Russia’s Volga-Dnepr Technics, has signed a contract with Malaysian charter operator Eagle Express to provide maintenance services for the airline’s fleet of three 747-400 aircraft. Under the terms of the contract, work will be carried out in VDG’s hangar in Sharjah, UAE and covers maintenance services for A4-check, out-of-phase routine tasks and AD/SB performance.
