TRIUMPH AVIATION SERVICES ASIA TO PROVIDE MRO FOR CFM56-7 ON 737 NG AIRCRAFT

Triumph Aviation Services Asia, based in Bangkok, has received approval from Boeing to provide maintenance, repair and overhaul services for the CFM56-7 engine thrust reversers on the Boeing Next-Generation 737 aircraft. Triumph was awarded a three-year contract to perform overheat service bulletin inspections and modifications of the reversers’ inner walls and insulation blankets, as well as correction of any heat-related issues. The company has also received Boeing Quality approval as a Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul supplier. Richard C. Ill, Triumph’s chairman and chief executive officer, says, “We are very pleased that Triumph Aviation Services Asia was chosen as an approved
