Topcast signs exclusive distribution agreement with Av-DEC

Topcast signed an exclusive distribution agreement with Aviation Devices & Electronic Components (Av-DEC). As per the agreement, Topcast will represent all corrosion-prevention products engineered by Av-DEC to customers in South-East Asia.
