Standard Aero acquires Safe Aviation Solutions for undisclosed sum

StandardAero has acquired Safe Aviation Solutions to expand its components, helicopters & accessories (CH&A) division and its portfolio of MRO and component repair services. While terms of the transaction were not disclosed, Houlihan Lokey acted as exclusive financial advisor to B&E Group in its sale of Safe Aviation Solutions.
