Singapore British Engineering liquidated by St Aerospace

ST Aerospace has announced its subsidiary Singapore British Engineering has gone into liquidation. This decision, upheld by ST Aerospace and BAE systems, was due to ‘ongoing engagement and reviews between the partners to better support the business’ growth in the region.’ Andrew Grimmett and Lim Loo Khoon have been appointed by the shareholders of Singapore British engineering as Joint and Several Liquidators. But what happens to SBE’s customers? Existing customers are transferred to ST Aerospace’s subsidiary ST aerospace supplies, who will work closely with customers and offer constant support.
