After a series of incidents on landing, Myanmar Airways has decided to ground its three Xian MA60s for the time being. The three aircraft, the airline purchased in 2010, will be inspected. The decision on when they will be allowed to fly again will be made by government aviation authorities. Meanwhile, the airline will serve its 20-plus destinations using the seven other aircraft in its fleet — three ATRs, two Beechcraft turboprops and two Embraer jets.
