Gama Aviation has acquired FlyerTech and Aerstream for a total initial consideration of £3 million. The acquisition, announced to the London Stock Exchange, will boost Gama Aviation’s CAMO (continued airworthiness management organisation) consultancy services, which is central to all aircraft operators including airlines, business aviation and the military in their management of an aircraft’s maintenance and its subsequent airworthiness certification.
