A UPS 747-400 freighter (N572UP) was on final approach at Cologne airport from Hong Kong when it detected an electronics failure and was forced to climb back to 5000 feet, and make approach. The aircraft landed safely on runway 32R about 17 minutes after aborting the first approach and taxied to the apron.
