A New York-bound Delta Airlines flight originating from Guyana was forced to divert and land in Puerto Rico when the Boeing 757 aircraft lost cabin pressure. Delta’s Corporate spokesman, Carlos Santos said: “This was not an emergency landing although the oxygen masks were deployed,” he said. The flight, 384, landed in San Juan at Juan at 12:33 p.m, said Santos. The passengers were stranded in San Juan yesterday pending the arrival of another aircraft for them to continue their journey to New York. The airline spokesman could not say what caused the plane to lose cabin pressure.
