Boeing has announced that it has signed a contract with British Airways to provide Component Services for its 787 Dreamliner fleet. Under the 12-year agreement, Boeing will supply British Airways 787s with a carefully selected pool of high-value parts, enabling the airline to reduce its inventory management costs while improving component availability. Component Services, part of Boeing GoldCare, offers solutions for airlines’ materials, engineering and maintenance needs.
