The Bangalore International Airport Limited (BIAL) has signed an agreement with Air Works to undertake Third Party Line Maintenance (TPLM) services. BIAL is now the first ever airport operator in India to offer this service. Air works is a DGCA approved, UAE – Gulf Civil Aviation Authority (GCAA)-certified and European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA)-certified service provider. “The airport currently handles approximately 310 Air Traffic Movements per day and line maintenance is critical for the airline turnaround operations.
