Atitech has finalised the acquisition of Alitalia E&M from Alitalia. The company reports that the EASA.IT 145.0026 Atitech certification has been extended including the Alitalia capabilities for line maintenance, base maintenance and shops. The EASA CAMO PART M (IT.CAMO.1005) has been extended including the Alitalia CAMO PART M capabilities, in addition to the A320F, with A330F, B777, ERJ family. Other certifications like POA Part 21 Sub Part G, DOA Part 21 Sub Part J, and EASA Part 147 will be extended in the coming weeks. With this acquisition, Atitech will add to its five hangars with 20 lines in Naples,
