It has been widely reported that AirWorks is in negotiations with the Tata-Singapore Airlines venture, Vistara, for the maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) of its fleet.  The all-Airbus airline has outsourced day-to-day maintenance of its fleet to Airbus, however.
