5000 Rolls-Royce engines tested by HAESL

HAESL, a joint venture company between Rolls-Royce plc and the HAECO Group, celebrated an important landmark in July 2021, having tested 5,000 Rolls-Royce engines since the company’s inception in 1997. This follows another major milestone achieved earlier in the year with HAESL having completed repair and overhaul work on 150 Trent XWB engines since capability was launched in 2017. The “5,000 engine” celebration event took place on 28th July 2021 in HAESL’s facility in Hong Kong, which has recently been expanded to provide for a larger footprint to handle the increasing volume of XWB engines.
