Turkish Technic is planning to sue SpiceJet for approximately $14.5 million for breaching of the maintenance contract signed in 2018. The MRO claims that SpiceJet has neither paid the invoices nor returned the loaned aircraft spares. As a part of the contract Turkish Technic was to provide SpiceJet with working aircraft parts in exchange for non-serviceable ones and in turn charge the airline for repairs and lending of components.
