Universal Asset Management has acquired an Airbus A330-200 (MSN 305) for disassembly and component support. Previously operated by TAP Air Portugal, the aircraft will be disassembled to support UAM’s global aviation customer base. “UAM is excited for this successful acquisition of an Airbus A330-200 airframe,” states Jeff Sabo, Senior vice president for UAM. “Through this airframe, UAM will continue to provide strong inventory support to our global Airline, OEM, and MRO customer bases for both the Airbus A330 and A340 aircraft.”
