Sirius Aviation Capital Holdings Limited successfully executed the lease extension of one Airbus A320ceo to Air France. The aircraft, manufactured in 2009, is owned directly by Treaty Aviation Co. Ltd., a 100% subsidiary of Mubadala Capital. Commenting on the transaction, JJ O’Toole, vice president, commercial & pricing, Sirius said: “We are delighted to announce that Sirius Aviation has successfully extended the lease of an A320 CEO with Air France. This transaction highlights our commitment to delivering exceptional aviation services and fostering long-term partnerships. This also emphasizes our long-term focus on mid-life aircraft.”
