RRPF completes sale and lease-back transaction with Malaysia Airlines for A380 spare engines

Malaysia Airlines and Rolls-Royce & Partners Finance (RRPF) have completed a sale and lease-back transaction to finance four Trent 900 spare engines with a value of US$ 90 million, at 2013 list prices. The Trent 900 spare engines support Malaysia Airlines fleet of A380 aircraft.
