Ruili Airlines has signed an agreement with Minsheng Financial Leasing and Avic International Leasing for 60 737 Max aircraft (types to be confirmed), the carrier said in an e-mailed statement yesterday. Ruili Airlines is based in the southwestern Chinese province of Yunnan. The leasing companies are now working to finalise the order with Boeing.
