ICBC Financial Leasing has confirmed it signed an MOU with Bombardier covering $8 billion in capital ICBC will make available to support advance payment financing, delivery financing and leasing solutions for Bombardier business and commercial aircraft including all main types of aircraft for transactions on a global basis and includes maintenance and aftermarket along with aircraft sales.
