Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) acquired about 94 aircraft in 2022 – 46 owned and 48 managed. As per its recent 2022 report, DAE sold 33 aircraft out of which 10 were owned and 23 managed. The company signed a total of 143 lease agreements, extensions and amendments. As of December 31, 2022, DAE has 118 customers in 59 counties. The lessor boasts a young fleet with an average age of 6.5 years. DAE also signed a new aircraft management mandate to acquire and manage up to $1.75 bn of aircraft assets. DAE also repurchased open market bonds worth $146 million.
