China Aircraft Leasing has reached an agreement with Airbus to buy four A320s for an aggregate basic price of US$375.6 million (HK$2.9 billion).The company also said in a statement to the Hong Kong stock exchange that it had signed agreements to lease two A320 aircraft to Sichuan Airlines and another four to Chengdu Airlines.China Aircraft Leasing became Asia’s first aircraft lessor to go public last month. It had 32 aircraft in service at the end of last year, with an average fleet age of 3.3 years.
