Busy third quarter for AerCap

AerCap signed financial transactions for approximately $1.4bn during the third quarter of 2022, according to the latest financial report. Overall Aercap leased, purchased, and sold 225 assets with 184 signed agreements, 34 completed purchases, and 37 sale transactions. The 184 lease agreements included: 30 widebody aircraft, 104 narrowbody aircraft, three regional jets, 23 engines, and 24 helicopters.  AerCap purchased 15 aircraft including 12 A320neo Family aircraft and one A220 aircraft for AerCap’s owned aircraft portfolio and two aircraft for AerCap’s managed aircraft portfolio, 16 engines, and three helicopters.
