BOC Aviation has entered into a purchase and leaseback transaction with P.T. Lion Mentari (Lion Air Group) comprising two 737-800s and two 737-900ERs. The first of the two 737-900ER aircraft in the transaction was delivered on 28 July 2016. BOC Aviation has provided purchase-and-leaseback solutions to Lion Air Group since 2012, covering more than 20 737NGs. “Indonesia is an important market both for business and leisure travel, and we are pleased to join forces with Lion Air Group once again to deliver a tailored financing solution to support Lion’s growth strategy,” said Robert Martin, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer
