BOC Aviation clarifies all announced 2020 deliveries are on lease  

BOC Aviation put out a statement clarifying that it has signed lease agreements in place for all 58 aircraft expected to be delivered to the Company in 2020, as disclosed in the company’s results announcement dated 11 March 2020. The total of 58 aircraft includes four aircraft that have already been delivered.  After the Company’s results announcement dated 11 March 2020, BOC announced on 16 March 2020 that an additional six aircraft that are the subject of the purchase and leaseback transaction are expected to deliver in March 2020, and these six aircraft are also subject to long term leases
