AWAS has agreed to the purchase of two new A330-300 widebodies from Philippine Airlines (PAL) that the airline had previously ordered directly from the manufacturer and will form part of the flag carrier’s ongoing refleeting and network expansion program. As part of the agreement AWAS will then place both aircraft on long-term leases with PAL. The first of these two modern efficient twinjets has delivered. PAL President Ramon S.
