Media reports suggest that Macquarie Group’s aircraft finance subsidiary is interested in acquiring leasing company Alafco Aviation Lease & Finance Co. Bloomberg reports that Alafco is also considering interest from other companies. Alafco has a portfolio of 77 aircraft, with another 68 on order.
