Joe Schreiner, US-based lessor Aircastle’s chief technical officer, is to step down at the end of the fiscal year after almost two decades with the business. Chief executive Mike Inglese wishged Schreiner “a well-earned retirement” after his work to guide “the vital technical oversight of our fleet”, which numbered over 250 as of the end of August, with 74 customers based in 45 countries. Schreiner was executive vice president of Aircastle when it was founded in 2004. He previously worked for McDonnell Douglas (Boeing).
