Irish lessor AFG Aviation  has completed the acquisition of one Airbus A320-214 bearing MSN 4865 from Vermillion Aviation (Nine) Limited. In. statement AFG said that the transaction was completed on February 20 and that Vermillion was managed by fellow Irish firm AMCK Aviation Holdings.
