Aviation Capital Group (ACG) proposed senior unsecured notes and floating-rate senior unsecured notes have been rated A by S&P and Kroll Bond Rating Agency. ACG plans to use the proceeds from these notes for general corporate purposes, including to repay some of its debt and acquire aircraft.
