On September 26, 2022, Crédit Agricole Corporate and Investment Bank (CA-CIB) closed the commercial financing for CCB Financial Leasing Corporation (CCB Leasing) on two A321neo aircraft. The two aircraft are operated by Concesionaria Vuela Compañía de Aviación S.A.P.I. de C.V. (Volaris). CA-CIB acted as mandated lead arranger, facility agent and security trustee. CCB Leasing was advised by Bird and Bird. Herbert Smith Freehills acted as lenders’ counsel.
