Vistra appoints commercial director and head of securitisation

Vistra Ireland has announced the appointment of Brid Gurnett and Stephen McCormack, additions it said would position its capital markets aviation and securitisation businesses “for accelerated growth”. McCormack will be head of securitisation after previously working for Standard Bank and JP Morgan, among others, and acquired “considerable experience forming and administering international private and corporate wealth structures”.
