The Ukrainian government has confirmed it is planning to sell its entire 61.58% stake in Ukraine International Airlines (UIA) before the end of the year. As existing shareholders Austrian Airlines, which owns a 22.52% share, and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development will be given first refusal of the stake. There is no indication on price at this time.
