United has launched a $949,459,000 enhanced equipment trust certificates (EETC) in two tranches. The $736,647,000 Class A notes due April 11, 2026 are priced at 4.00%, while the $212,812,000 Class B notes due April 11, 2022, are priced at 4.750%. The notes are secured on 16 new Boeing aircraft and nine new Embraer aircraft scheduled for delivery from March 2014 to March 2015. Lead bookrunners are Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse, bookrunners are Deutsche Bank Securities, Citigroup, Barclays, Goldman Sachs and Credit Agricole Securities. CA-CIB is also acting as Liquidity Facility provider and Depositary.
