THAI Airways rehabilitation plan approved

THAI Airways creditors committee has now approved its Rehabilitation Plan. The Central Bankruptcy Court is scheduled a hearing to consider the Rehabilitation Plan on 28 May 2021. Commenting, Amedeo Air Four Plus, which is a creditor, has said that it will “continue to negotiate and agree binding lease amendment documentation with the airline, on a power by the hour basis initially, before moving to a fixed rate lease for the remaining term of the lease including an extension of the lease from the original term.
