SunExpress and DVB closed financing for two Boeing 737-800 delivered in March 2017. DVB Bank SE provided bilateral term loan to SunExpress for the aircraft which represent the first two in a six-aircraft batch that the airline will take delivery this year. Norton Rose Fulbright acted as counsel to the Lender whilst Holman Fenwick Willan acted as counsel to the airline.
