Crédit Agricole CIB (CA-CIB), KfW IPEX-Bank and Credit Suisse have successfully closed a financing of a new Airbus A380-800 for Qatar Airways. The aircraft with MSN 193 was delivered on 16 December 2016 in Toulouse and is the seventh A380 for the airline. The financing was structured as a French tax lease with CA-CIB acting as arranger, equity provider, security trustee and facility agent. KfW IPEX-Bank and Credit Suisse acted as debt arrangers alongside CA-CIB and are supporting the facility on a joint basis by providing a commercial loan.
