Norwegian’s reconstruction plan approved

The High Court of Ireland and Oslo Byfogdembete have approved Norwegian Air Shuttle’s proposals for a scheme of arrangement for an exit of the examinership process and the reconstruction process. The airline confirmed that no appeals have been filed and consequently the reconstruction plan is “final and binding”. The company commented that consequently it is determined to complete the reconstruction process on 26 May 2021.
