Omega Leasing (US) (No. 5), a joint venture between Rolls-Royce and GATX Corporation, has mandated SMBC Leasing & Finance, London Branch, DBS Bank, and KfW IPEX-Bank as Joint Mandated Lead Arrangers for a financing in favour of the joint venture related to a pool of 14 Trent engines. The term loan financing of $136.5 million has been fully underwritten by the Joint MLAs and has closed in April 2015. Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation Europe is acting as Facility Agent and US Bank National Association is acting as Security Agent.
