In February 2019, Korea Development Bank (KDB) supported a refinancing transaction for two Boeing 747-8F aircraft for Cargolux Airlines International. NordLB, Societe Generale and KDB are lenders, with NordLB also acting as facility agent and security trustee. This deal represents the inaugural transaction for KDB as a lender to Cargolux. “We welcome KDB as a new lender to Cargolux and we look forward to extending the relationship,” says Maxim Straus, Cargolux Executive Vice President & CFO.
