Jazeera Airways financial performance has rebounded in the first quarter of 2019, with a net profit of KD1.5 million (approximately $4.92 million) following a loss in the same period last year. The Kuwait-based airline also reported a 31.2% growth in number of passengers when comparing its results in Q1 2019 to the corresponding period last year. Operating revenue also saw an increase by 48.4%, coming in at KD21.3 million, with the airline flying a total of 529,640 passengers in Q1, maintaining a load factor of 76%.
